Is it necessary to monitor All-In-One rodent proofing installations?

Rodent proofing installations of all sorts should in principle be monitored at regular intervals, cf. the famous rodentologist Robert Corrigan’s advice (Quoted from: PCT 30 August 2015):

“Rodent-proofed doors should be monitored for maintenance needs on a quarterly basis for residences and at least monthly for heavy-use commercial facilities.”
